Kommun was built to replace that scattered workflow with a shared source of truth where administrators can run the block and owners can see the paper trail.
Promptly built Kommun.mt as a full online portal for both administrators and owners. It brings together condominium details, unit registries, annual budgets, contribution emails, payment receipts, statements, projections, meeting scheduling, announcements, work requests, polls and secure document hosting.
The platform is built on Promptly's Brevity foundation, using a modern .NET and Angular stack, real-time messaging, transactional email and encrypted cloud document storage.
The goal is not only administration speed. It is also trust. Owners get clearer visibility into contributions, bank activity, notices and documents, while administrators gain a structured system that keeps records consistent and easier to audit.
The system is hosted securely online, with GDPR and data handling considerations kept central to how documents, owner records and communications are stored and accessed.
